Running Fit Improvers Running course in Waddesdon

New improvers running course starting on Thursday 5 October 2017 in Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire. Running Fit is for anyone who can comfortably run for 30 minutes or more, no matter how fast you are. No one is left behind!

This 8 week running group starts off with a warm up and fitness drills designed to help you become a better runner before we head out for a run around Waddesdon. There will be opportunities for anyone who wants to challenge themselves to do so but also plenty of opportunities to chat on the run.

This is an improvers running course for runners of all levels, and is suitable for anyone who has just finished a couch to 5k course to those who are more experienced.

Cost is £3 per session or £20 in advance for 8 weeks.
