Well I almost made it. I have attended 4 out of 5, which isn’t too bad.
My excuse? Well an invitation to Whitstable. How could I resist spending a day by the beach on such a sunny day?
So instead I did one of Rebecca-Louise’s workouts, this time a full body workout with weights.
Don’t let the title put you off! I’ve learnt to ignore titles on YouTube videos and just look at the content. I’m not interested in a ‘bubble butt’ (yes, it’s a thing apparently!) or ‘legs like X celebrity’, I just want to get stronger and fitter and look like me! Let me know what you think.
Do you have any favourite YouTube videos? I’m keen to try others. I like Rebecca-Louise as her presentation appeals to me, most likely because she is English and isn’t as over the top bouncy or high energy as a lot of the American YouTube fitness presenters.
I also like this video because of the naughty dog trying to join in. Mine does this all the time. I should start using him as a weight…
