Merry Christmas!

Some of you may already have been out for a run. Perhaps you took yourself to a Christmas Day parkrun or just had a pre-pressie sprint.

Me? I’m afraid Christmas is always a lazy one for me. No running and not even leaving the house apart from walking the pup.

Instead, I shall be having a leisurely brunch, followed by opening presents and a lovely traditional (vegan) Christmas dinner. No turkeys harmed in this house!

Whatever you do I hope you have a relaxing and happy day.
