North Marston Beginners Running course

Beginners Jogging North Marston

I’m really pleased to announce that I am working with Active Bucks to lead a free beginners running course in North Marston, Buckinghamshire, starting in March 2017.

Suitable for anyone who would like to get active with the support of a friendly and social group. Whether you ran at school but not as an adult, have had a break from fitness after having children, or have never ran in your life, this is the course for you. All abilities welcome.

We start off with just 1 minute of running at a time and will always run together as a group. The time spent running will increase a little bit each week and you will be given guidance on other exercise to do during the week. After 10 weeks you will be in a position where you can take part in the local Aylesbury parkrun, a very friendly free 5k run which takes place every Saturday morning.

All you need to begin is comfortable clothes and a pair of trainers!

This new beginners running course starts at 7.15pm on Wednesday 22 March 2017 in North Marston, near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire.

This is a free course supported by Active Bucks. Please book your place via the RunTogether website or email Kirsty at Active Bucks ku.oc1519246575.ni-e1519246575vitca1519246575@yerb1519246575uoccm1519246575.ytsr1519246575ik1519246575 or simply just turn up!
