As a UK Athletics qualified running coach I know that not everyone can make regular face to face coaching sessions but would still like a more personalised approach to training. Off the shelf training plans might work for some people but not necessarily you!
I’m really excited to offer online running coaching packages which are personal, suited to you and your running needs, and will help you get to your goal.
Depending on the level of support you need I have four online running coaching packages to chose from.
Do you have a race coming up and would like a more personalised training plan?
One that takes into account how often you run, other activities you do, your other commitments and your goal for the race? One that can work around any planned holidays or busy periods and still get you fit for the start line?
Then the On Your Marks training plan is the one for you.
We start with a phone or Skype call to discuss your goals, your running history, how often you run and what motivates you. From this I will devise a plan which will help you achieve your goals, whether that is to finish your first ever race, gain a new PB, or complete a new distance for the first time.
Do you want a little bit more than just a personalised training plan? Someone to check in with half way through your training to make sure you are on track, stay motivated and keep you accountable?
Starting with an assessment call I will devise a personalised training plan suited to you and your target race or goal.
Your plan will be available online where you can report on each of your runs. As part of the online running coaching there will be a mid-plan review (by email or phone/Skype) to discuss how your training has been, review your runs, and make any amendments to the plan to help you stay on track.
If you are determined to achieve your goals and need more focussed training then the Silver coaching package is for you.
We will start with an assessment call from which I will devise a personalised training plan.
Your plan will be available online where you can report on each of your runs and get weekly online feedback. As part of the package I will be available each fortnight (by email or phone/Skype) to review your progress, allay any concerns you may have and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
If you would like more hands on coaching, someone to keep you focussed and motivated, then this is the package for you.
Your personalised training plan will be devised after an initial assessment chat.
Your plan will be available online where you can report on each of your runs and receive online feedback within 2 days of each workout.
I will be available for advice each week by email, phone or Skype and can talk through any worries, niggles or celebrations you may have. Together we can review your plan to make sure you are on track.
