Yes, I have decided to take part in the 2014 Vegan Month of Food (MoFo for short).
Why? Well I really enjoyed reading all the posts from the 2013 MoFo, it inspired me to try new dishes and recipes and I have been following some of the blogs ever since. As I didn’t have a blog last year I was just a reader but this year I wanted to participate.
What can you expect from the Vegan MoFo posts? Well, there will be some running related posts with recipes for energy balls, smoothies and other nutritious foods to fuel your runs. And as I get further along in my training for my half marathon in October I will be reviewing some of the commercially available vegan energy bars and gels.
But there will also be general food reviews and recipes, starting off with a post tomorrow on how to make a DIY tofu press.
